Delivery charges, returns, and exchanges

UK Flat rate of £4All items are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for/ courier if more appropriate.

Europe £10 – Royal Mail International Tracked and signed.

Rest of World £12 – Royal Mail International Tracked and signed.

The above charges are for single/grouped items up to the weight of 750 grams – Europe and Rest of World. 

UK –  flat rate charge is single/grouped items up to 2KG.

Europe/Rest of World – orders over 750 grams will be sent by courier. Please get in contact via hello@b18leather.co.uk to discuss charges before placing your order.

All shipping requires a signature.

International orders – all customs fee’s must be paid for by the customer. Please ensure that you are aware of these costs in your country before placing an order. You can check your local customs office for this information.

B18 Leather does not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.

Unless otherwise stated we aim to dispatch orders within 2/3 business days of order placement.

Pre-order and made to order items vary in timeframes and will be highlighted in bold in the item description.

Please note we cannot ship to PO boxes

 * Any orders containing backordered stock will not be shipped until all items on sales order are available.

 

Returns and Exchanges

 All items are eligible for a full refund if you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your order. The return shipping is to be paid by the customer and a refund will be issued within 30 days upon receipt of the item.

If you would like to exchange an item within the 7 days of receiving your order, please email hello@b18leather to arrange your request.

 

Returns

Items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned.

Returns and exchanges shipping must be paid for by the customer.

Any items found to be faulty will be eligible for a full refund. Please retain your proof of postage until the parcel has been received by B18 Leather. We will do our best to process returns within 7 business days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.

How to register for classes

You can sign up for short courses on the website or in person at a class. I require full payment at the time of signing up in order to reserve your spot. Spaces are limited so sign up early! If the short course you want is full, you may sign up for the waiting list. Customers on the waiting list will be given priority the next time a workshop is offered.

Class materials

The materials and tools needed for each workshop varies, so please refer to the short course description.

Cancellation policy

I keep group sizes small so everyone gets all the attention they need. For that reason, I am unable to offer refunds on short courses within four weeks of the commencement date. If you are unable to attend the commencement date of your short course and can give fourteen days notice I will try to offer you a short course the next time it is scheduled or a substitute short course. Cancellations after this period will not be offered a replacement.

Unlike many other short course providers, B18 Leather does not require full enrolment to go forward with a short course. If a short course is cancelled, you will be offered a full refund or I will offer you a short course the next time it is scheduled. If this happens, I will try to work with you to choose a new short course date that fit’s your schedule.

Payment for short courses

Payment for short courses can be made online via the website, I can also take payments for future short courses in person at a class in cash or by credit/debit card.

Gift vouchers

  1.  Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
  2.  Gift vouchers are non-transferable.
  3.  If a gift voucher is lost, stolen or destroyed please get in contact.
  4.  Gift vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers.
